Lockers are available to rent monthly:

Large Locker Rental – $25 per month
Small Locker Rental – $15 per month

To rent a locker, please speak with a membership services representative during your next visit.

Please return shower towels to the return drop-in bin inside the locker room

Fitness Equipment

FitNation on Nations Drive and FitNation at Hunt Club both offer a robust selection of strength, cardio and functional training equipment options.

Free weights, cable selectorized machines and plate-loaded options from trusted manufacturers like Precor, Matrix, Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Rogue, Icarian, TRX and FreeMotion are available.

In addition, we have extensive cardio decks, complete with various cardio equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, and cardio bikes.

Basketball is available at our Nations Drive location to members and daily passholders. Open play, 5 vs. 5 basketball is permitted.

Pickleball

FitNation On Nations Drive

Pickleball is available at our Nations Drive location to members and daily passholders (reservations required).

After making an online reservation, all pickleball players must check in at the front desk prior to entering the Flex Studio. Equipment can be brought from home or checked out from the front desk. A photo id is required to rent FitNation Pickleball equipment. Please review additional details below.

Pickleball Reservations

Pickleball is available to FitNation members and daily passholders only
Reservations are required. Please check the open gym pickleball schedule below for availability
All group members need to be listed when the reservation is made.
Reservations must be made online via our website and will only be held for 15 minutes past the start time of the reservation. The court will be released if the players don’t show by that time.

FitNation Inside Hunt Club Park Community Center

Pickleball is also available at Fitnation inside Hunt Club Park Community Center. Members can play for free, while non-members must pay a fee of $5 to play. Reservations are not required. Courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Performance Turf

Performance turf is only available at our FitNation on Nations Drive location.

Our recently expanded turf training area is 2400 sf of dedicated functional training space featuring our TRX training system, a reinforced ball-wall with targets at 8, 10 and 12 feet, and a full complement of D-balls, medicine balls, bag balls, ropes, sleds, plyo boxes, stability balls and plenty of space for your stretching, warm-ups, floor exercises and cool-downs.

Indoor Track

Log those miles on our indoor fitness track at our Hunt Club location, the perfect space to walk, jog, or run towards your health goals, rain or shine!

Indoor Tack User Information/Guidelines:

3 lane mondo surface
1 lap = 1/12 mile
Inside lanes: walkers and slower runners
Outside lanes: moderate – fast runners

Track direction changes daily. Please adhere to the following weekly run/walk patterns:

Run/walk in a clockwise direction on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays
Run/walk in a counter-clockwise direction on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

Our indoor track is available to all members.

TRX® Zone

Sauna/Steam Rooms

Sauna/Steam Rooms (Nations Drive Location)

Saunas/steam rooms provide many post-workout benefits, such as muscle recovery, increased endorphins, muscle tension relief, improved cardiovascular health, and more.

Sauna and steam rooms are open daily for member use at our Nations Drive location. Individuals must be at least 18 years old to enter.

Please note the following:

No person should be in the sauna/steam room for more than 15 minutes per session
Please shower before entering
Sauna/steam rooms close 15 minutes prior to facility closing

Hot Tub

Hot Tub (Nations Drive Location)

Looking to help your body recover after an intense workout? Stop by the hot tub, located inside our indoor pool area at our Nations Drive location!

Did you know? Soaking in a hot tub after exercising has many benefits, including muscle relaxation and recovery, improved circulation, and reduced inflammation.

Before you step in, please make sure to shower/rinse off in the locker room.

For a complete list of rules and etiquette, please view our “Hot Tub Rules” signage located at the entrance to the hot tub.

Group Exercise

Group Exercise – Only available at FitNation on Nations Drive

At FitNation, we offer over 50 group exercise classes weekly. Led by our team of experienced and certified instructors, classes cater to a variety of fitness levels and interests. From high-energy cardio classes to get your heart pumping to strength-building workouts that will sculpt and tone your muscles, we have options for every preference!

Please note, all classes are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Personal Training

Personal Training

Get personalized guidance and expert support with our quality personal training program! Our dedicated and experienced trainers will work closely with you, tailoring workouts to your specific goals and abilities, so you can achieve the results you have been aiming for.

30-minute individual and group personal training sessions are available at FitNation on Nations Drive.

Youth Orientation Training

Our Teen Fitness Membership is available for all FitNation members aged 14 and 15.

To be eligible, members must participate in a 30-minute Youth Training Orientation with one of our Personal Trainers. This orientation will cover gym etiquette, strength evaluation, cardio and equipment operation basics, and FitNation Rules and Regulations.

The fee for the Youth Orientation session is $25.

KidNation/Childcare

KidNation Hours at Nations Drive:

Monday – Sunday: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm

Monday – Thursday: 4:30 – 8:00 pm

KidNation/Childcare Access:

KidNation/Childcare must be added or already a part of your membership for your child to attend

Daily fees are available for an extra charge

Accepting ages 2 and older with no reservation needed

Children under the age of 2 will need a reservation to attend.
