Core Blast: This 30 minute class strengthens and stabilizes all the muscles of the core: rectus abdominis, low back extensors, pelvic floor, obliques, hip flexors, and the gluteal muscles. Different equipment will be utilized to help with the transfer of forces and power between the lower and upper body for a strong and lean midsection!
