Hunt Club Park and Viking Park are equipped with a lightning prediction system. When lightning in the area is predicted a 15-second warning horn will sound. If the horn is heard:

  • All activities and games will be postponed
  • Participants and viewers will need to seek shelter immediately in a building or hard top vehicle
  • Thor Guard’s all clear signal is three short horn blasts and a strobe light will flash and stop when the storm has ended
