Register for District 50 C.A.R.E.
District 50 C.A.R.E. at Hunt Club Park Community Center
We offer quality after school care for children K-8th grade participating in Woodland’s Hybrid 50/50 Model.
Kindergarten - for AM kindergarten only, students will be bussed from school to Hunt Club Park Community Center after school. Children will need to bring their own lunch, snacks and water bottle.
1st-3rd grade - students will be bussed from school to Hunt Club Park Community Center after school. Children will need to bring their own snacks and water bottle.
4th-8th grade - students will participate in Remote Learning at the park district as well as be bussed to/from school the days they attend in-person learning. Children will need to bring their own school supplies on Remote Learning Days, lunch, snacks and water bottle.

District 56 at Viking Park Community Center
This program is contingent on District 56 returning to in-person learning and will follow the District 56 calendar. Students attending In-Person Learning will be bused from their school to the After School CARE program by the school district. (Viking Middle School students will walk to the program). Parents are responsible for contacting Gurnee Transportation to make busing arrangements.
Children will be required to wear a face covering and must be able to comply when asked by staff to wear their face covering.

Preschool C.A.R.E. Program
A variety of options are available for Preschool C.A.R.E. This program is available to students attending Growing Tree Preschool at Hunt Club Park Community Center.
Children enrolled in Growing Tree Preschool will have fun with supervised play, crafts, games and outdoor activities. Children bring the appropriate outerwear each day so we can use our outdoor parks and facilities. Staff will escort children to/from their preschool class. This program is not in session on school days off. A calendar will be provided at the beginning of the school year.

For all C.A.R.E. programs, we ask that majority of materials are brought from home.
What to bring to C.A.R.E.
- Face covering or mask
- All materials for remote learning: chrome book, ipad, headphones, pens/pencils, any additional supplies needed
- Container/bag or storage for all remote learning items
- Snack
- Lunch
- Water bottle
- Appropriate outerwear, as some activities may be held outside
Days Off School
Are you looking for something for your child to do on the next day off? Let us take care of the planning. Children will be required to wear a face covering. Registration closes one week prior to the program date. Days Off School days wil include fun, themed activities and take place at the Hunt Club Park Community Center. Parents/guardians can drop off anytime after 7:30 am. Pick up is available until 5:30 pm.

Payment Policy
All CARE payments will be set up via auto-pay. When registering, a minimum of one month's payment is due at the time of registration. All other payments for the full-day program will be billed bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payments for the half-day program (D50) will be billed once a month on the 15th. If you cancel prior to the school year starting, you may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
If you cancel prior to the start of the program you may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Once the program has started, prorated fees will not be given for partial month's attendance or withdrawal.
